review the payment and cancellation policy before submitting your payment.

Our cleaning fee is $250 per stay.  Sonoma County requires that we collect 12% Transit Occupancy Tax on all stays under 30 days.   Reservations may be canceled within 24 hours and up to 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
